Tac-Arts LLC of Colorado offers an affordable pole camera system with a compact size of 3 feet but extendable for reach ranges up to 13 feet. The user also can detach the camera and mount it to a longer pole, an officer's baton or even rail-mounted to a rifle or pistol. The camera uses infrared light, so the operator's position is not compromised. Aside from surveillance operations, when mounted to a weapon, the system can be used for active shooter training scenarios.
